Bumbu Toys' St. George is a handsome figure, dressed in metallic silver armour, a royal blue tunic, red pants, and metallic gold boots. He holds a long wooden spear in his right hand and wears a removable red fabric cape. Saint George has a beautifully painted face with curly brown hair.

St George has a hole in his hand so that the spear can be removed and positioned at will. He stands with legs apart (the gap is approximately 9mm wide and 4.5cm deep) so can be played with on his own or he slots perfectly onto the Bumbu Toys Steed Horse (sold separately). 

St. George is venerated as a Christian saint. One of the most prominent military saints, he will forever be remembered in the legend of Saint George and the Dragon. Many countries and cities claim George as their patron saint and 23 April is celebrated widely as Saint George's Day.

Each of Bumbu's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes. Handpainted details are wonderfully unique from piece to piece and might not look identical to the stock pictures. Please note Bumbu Toys pieces are not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel.
