The big and beautiful Grimm's Counterrotating Stepped Spiral is a breathtaking set of 56 wooden blocks that can be set up a either a gorgeously spiralling tower or played with individually to create towers, palaces, castles, and small world landscapes. The stairway pieces are wonderful for creating ball runs and the delicious curves of the blocks make for perfect walls and paths.

Being hand-finished, each of Grimm's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through the dyes, and paint finishes. Please note they are not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel. Because of this, some minor paint transfer may occur during play. This is considered normal.
