The elegant Bumbu Toys Bonsai Tree is a beautiful size at 28cm high and 21cm across. The Bonsai features five richly coloured, curved green boughs, perfect for perching your Bumbu Toys Peacock, Toucan, Kingfisher, or other birds. The trunk exudes grace and beauty with lots of gorgeous curves and sits on top of a bank of grassy green. This is the perfect Bumbu tree for displaying a set of favourite birds, squirrels, or creating a Japanese-inspired small world play scene.

The green foliage of the Bonsai Tree can actually be removed from the branches; with all five pieces removed your Bonsai Tree has transformed into the Bumbu Bird Tree! Birds sit well on both the green boughs and the exposed bare branches.

Being hand-finished, each of Bumbu's beautiful offerings is unique, with slightly different shaping, wood markings, grain, and knots showing through any dye or paint finishes. Bumbu glues together smaller pieces of wood to form larger pieces that are then cut to shape. This technique leaves less timber wastage and may be evidenced by small join lines across the pieces. Please note Bumbu Toys are not varnished nor lacquered, leaving the timber with a beautiful textural feel.
